They all stop near the station called De Kemphaan, on the Waterlandseweg. And that station is right next to the premises of De Kemphaan. Here, go down the stairway and then left though the pedestrian / bicycle tunnel onto the Stevenspad. Please note: During the weekend only the bus #160 (Almere Stad-Nijkerk) will serve this area.

VISIT THE APE ISLANDS

Would you like to visit the ape islands? At the intersection, go straight onto the Kemphaanpad. Keep the buildings of the Stichting AAP (foundation) to your right. Directly after having passed the building of the ‘Stichting AAP’, turn right and go towards the building “De Kemphaan”. Right after the bridge, right hand, you’ll see the entrance to the ape islands.
